Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

C. Data Package eSim Service
- 1. HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED offers prepaid data service plans based on eSim technology.
- 2. The service may be resold through partners or agents.
- 3. Buyer must have eSIM-supported device to use this services.
- i) Registration
- (1) Customers can register for the service on the website.
- (2) Registration requires providing first and last names, a verifiable email address, and accepting the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
- ii) Purchase and Activation
- (1) Service plans may be restricted based on country availability.
- (2) Customers must have an unlocked, eSim-compatible device for service activation.
- (3) The eSim Technology is supported on devices that already have it embedded into them this functionality and the data plan is activated upon purchase.
- (4) It can be used only to access the internet, typical PTSN voice calling & PSTN Messaging are not allowed.
- iii) Duration and Termination
- (1) Service begins immediately after successfully buying eSim and activation of the associated data plan.
- (2) Service duration is based on the terms of the purchased plan. However maximum validity cannot exceed more than one month from the date of activation.
- (3) Service terminates upon full consumption of the plan or plan expiry or deletion of eSIM profile, whichever is earlier.
- (4) HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend service for customer breaches or violations.
- iv) Engagement
- (1) Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- (2) HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED partners with other entities, and customers agree to comply with partner terms.
- (3) Availability depends on partner network capacity and connection availability.
- v) Customer Obligations
- (1) Customers agree to use the service in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- (2) Customer information must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
- (3) Service usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- (4) Service is for personal consumption only.
- (5) Service shall not be used for abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions.
- E. Payment Terms
- i. eSim purchase on the website is processed through an authorized agent.
- ii. Prices are inclusive of indirect and direct taxes.
- iii. Indirect taxes include sales tax, value-added tax, and similar levies.
- F. Returns and Refunds Policy
- i. Customers are charged upon eSim purchase.
- ii. Refund requests are accepted before eSim installation or activation. Refunds are not processed if the customer’s consumption has started i.e greater than 0 KB. All the refund processes will be taken on a case-to-case basis. It is the responsibility of buyers to ensure they have eSIM-compatible devices before purchasing the eSIM.
- iii. Complaints or feedback or payment gateway issues can be sent via WhatsApp, chatbot, or email.
- G. Governing Law and Legal Compliance
- i. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Courts in Jharkhand, India.
- ii. Other applicable laws of other states or countries may also apply.
- iii. Collection of personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy.
- H. Intellectual Property Rights
- i. The website is the proprietary property of HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED.
- ii. Content and Marks on the website are owned or controlled by HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED.
